You will need:
*Mica
*Pigment
*Mini Spoons
*Hand Mixer
*Jars
------------------
Optional:
*Swifter
*Mini Spacula
*base
1) mix the mica and pigments into the base. scoop with spoon.
2) used the hand mixer, or mix with the spacula
3) put in jar and use.
*make sure your pigments & micas are approved!

to make into a cream shadow:
1)mix w/ fix plus vasaline, close the lid, and freeze it.
to make into an eyeshadow:
1)mix w/ fix plus of vasiline.
2) take a cloth and a quater and press over eyeshadow.
3)let dry
